FAQ
Common questions
Diagnostic Entry vs Continuous Lab — which do we start with?

Employers new to climate measurement usually start with Diagnostic Entry to establish a baseline. Continuous Lab adds recurring pulse cycles once a rhythm is in place.

What does 'principal review' mean?

Every client-facing report and risk conclusion is reviewed and signed off by the principal researcher, Cristine Correa, before release. This is a workflow gate, not a marketing phrase.

Does ClimateLens replace our HRIS?

No. ClimateLens complements HRIS platforms like Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, Paychex, and ADP RUN via CSV or API intake. We do not run payroll, benefits, or headcount administration.

Do you provide clinical counseling or therapy?

No. ClimateLens is workforce climate analytics and manager enablement. We do not deliver individual therapy, clinical counseling, or diagnosis.

How do multi-site engagements work?

Multi-Unit Enterprise adds site-level analytics, custom benchmarks, and per-unit executive briefs. Suitable for organizations with 3+ locations or 250–500 workers.

Time to first diagnostic?

A typical Diagnostic Entry will run from kickoff to a report signed off by Cristine Correa in 4–6 weeks, including instrument matching and roster intake.
