About ClimateLens

ClimateLens is a workforce climate and retention intelligence product built by Correa Workforce Sciences, LLC, a Florida research and product-lab company based in Sanford, Seminole County. The company will serve the Orlando MSA and the Orlando–Tampa corridor as its initial launch footprint, with an addressable market spanning six SME-facing verticals.

ClimateLens operationalizes the PCRM Framework — the Psychometric Climate and Retention Methodology developed by Cristine Correa, principal researcher and founder. The platform combines calibrated psychometric instruments, unit-level retention-risk modeling, and supervised manager intervention protocols in a single research-grade workflow.

Stage

ClimateLens is an early-stage, founder-led product. Methodology and platform are built and demo-ready. Metrics shown in the interactive dashboard are illustrative sample data for demonstration purposes.
