ClimateLens is a narrow-purpose product. This page states — explicitly and in plain language — the categories of data ClimateLens processes and the categories it deliberately does not.
In scope
- Aggregated workforce-climate survey responses
- Roster metadata (unit, role band, tenure band)
- Unit-level retention risk indicators
- Manager intervention protocol usage
Out of scope
- Individual clinical, therapy, or diagnostic data
- Payroll records and compensation history
- Benefits administration data
- Applicant tracking / recruiting data
- Broad HR administration records
Aggregation and confidentiality
Individual survey responses are confidential. ClimateLens reports findings only in aggregate, applying small-cell thresholds so results cannot be traced back to specific respondents.

Final interpretations are reviewed and approved by the principal, Cristine Correa, before client release.
