Agreement
These Terms govern access to the ClimateLens platform and services provided by Correa Workforce Sciences, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Use of ClimateLens constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Scope of service
ClimateLens will provide workforce climate diagnostics, retention-risk analytics, and manager intervention protocols under the PCRM Framework. ClimateLens is not a payroll, benefits administration, applicant tracking, clinical counseling, or therapy service.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for lawful collection and provision of workforce roster data, for communicating survey participation to their workforce, and for the operational use of any recommendations. Nothing in the platform constitutes legal, medical, or clinical advice.
Principal review
Client-facing risk conclusions are released only after principal review by Cristine Correa. Draft or interim analytics visible in the platform are not final deliverables.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Correa Workforce Sciences, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
