Who we are
ClimateLens is a workforce climate and retention intelligence product operated by Correa Workforce Sciences, LLC (“we,” “us”), headquartered in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida.
Data we process
ClimateLens processes aggregated workforce-climate survey data only. We do not process individual clinical, therapy, payroll, or benefits data. Employer clients provide roster metadata (unit, role, tenure band) and their employees may complete psychometric climate instruments through the platform.
Confidentiality of individual responses
Individual survey responses are treated as confidential. We report findings only in aggregate, and we do not disclose individual respondents to the client employer. Aggregation thresholds prevent small-cell re-identification.
Principal review
Final interpretations and client-facing risk conclusions are reviewed and signed off by the principal researcher, Cristine Correa, before release.
Retention and deletion
Survey data is retained for the duration of the client engagement plus a reasonable audit window, then de-identified or deleted at client request.
